Sweet like cupcakes

Hello from a sunny but windy weekday which in fact looks like the weekend because ... it's my week off! My husband and I decided to spend some time in Alaçatı after thinking a lot about what to do :) Summer in Alaçatı is fantastic but somehow I really enjoy the fall-winter period more. Wearing cosy and comfy outfits and wandering around in the empty streets, taking photos (and being shot in the photos :)), reading my favourite newspaper or magazine while sipping my coffee, listening to the sound of the nature and the silence... Think twice if you insist on visiting seaside towns only in summer :)

Speaking of the wind, I've experienced the flu because of not being careful about the weather in Alaçatı before :( This time, I was experienced so I opted for plush and the warmest clothes! I felt like a cabbage in the photos you'll see below :) I may have worn a cosy outfit but included the items I like: pay attention to my cupcake patterned tights ;)

Kazak/Jumper: Mango
Pelüş yelek, etek ve küpeler/Vest, skirt and earrings: Koton
Mont/Coat: Rodi jeans
Şal/Scarf: Arkadaşım Melike'nin hediyesi/A gift from my friend, Melike :)
Çorap/Tights: Penti
Botlar/Boots: Steve Madden

I admit that this post is more like a photo album than an outfit post :) The colors and details in Alaçatı were so jazzy that I couldn't help but show them to you :) I have a number of recommendations for the ones willing to pay a visit Alaçatı:

  • Perhaps, you just came for relaxation but don't spend your whole vacation in your hotel. Go out and discover the town, take some photos.
  • Taste the gummy dessert at İmren Han Patisserie.
  • If not satisfied, drink some Turkish coffee with gum, buy some gummy cookies from Metin Usta and bring them home. You'll love them!
  • Visit accessory shops/stands and the local street market on saturday.
  • Buy some flavored soaps which have many many different types.
  • Don't forget to have fish & raki for the dinner :)
Would you like add more recommendations besides mines? I'll be happy if you would! Love and have a joyful week :)
